Let your tears out...

Image
After a while of knowing about emotional intelligence, I learned that tears are actually powerful tools in your life. Not only does it help you to moist your eyes, but it also helps to ease your physical and emotional pain.  Furthermore, tears also hold lots of meaning for different people. Some can be tears of joy, for some, it might be tears of love or even sorrow.  For whatever it can be, that salty tear bears lots of benefits behind it like stress releasing, mood-enhancing, or self-soothing which help with calming, distress, and emotion regulation.  If there's one thing that I want you to remember tears don't mean weaknesses.  Tears are powerful.  And so are you.  So just don't be afraid to let your tears out, let it be. Let the tears lead you to your acceptance and realization of emotions.  I hope this helps those who are dealing with hard times or hiding their tears from others.  Hear's my favorite mediation guide playlist, hope you can sit ...

What makes you regret the most?

Image
I don't really have an answer to the question, the only thing that I know about it is that I just did something I regret a lot. Sorry for being that frustrated! or  not I wanted you to stay. However, maybe you could sense it too. Our work has been affected by you not once. Although it was really nice to talk to you, I still believed, this might be the best choice.  It's not because you are not good enough, it's just we are not ready .  For both of us.  I never regret talking and working with you. You are a wonderful person and you can achieve more. I believe that you just need to keep up your energy and keep ongoing. Life can be hectic!  But there's definitely space for you to trip and time for you to rest.  I hope that we can see each other as partners again once you are ready ^^ Here's one of my fav. song, hope that this help to heel you too:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjHGZj2IjBk&t=3007s

My mom is a wonderwoman

I rarely share with others my family stories, but things have changed. I now feel more comfortable opening up about it. So yeah today I will share some of it! The thing that would usually capture people's attention about my mom is that she is a single mom. She always tells me and my sister that she is not a good person, that's why she ended up divorcing my dad. But I don't think so, I think she is a wonderful woman, and life has taught me a lot about it. I'm currently taking a gap year as some might already know and how lucky I am to have a supportive mom like her. Nevertheless, we quarrel a lot, especially when my sister and I are very stubborn. Clearly, I know that it makes her really uncomfortable, particularly when she cries. She is mostly busy and sometimes feels weird when she gets time to relax because she always tries to balance between her work, freelance job, and taking care of us. Nonetheless, we always feel we are loved no matter what happens. As you can see...

Some people were not listening

Being in a family with only girls and being involved in debating, never have I thought that one day I will get scolded by men. So this morning, I was sitting in my room, running through my stuff as usual when my baby sister came in and told me our slippers were disappeared and so did her bicycle.  I guessed it was the condominium management since they have been really annoyed with the fact that we put our slippers outside. So I did as I can think at that time, I called my mom, and told her things happened. Then 5 minutes later, she called me back saying that the chief manager guy was really rude, he shouted back at my mom and did not take responsibility for his action. Angry as I was when I saw someone was scolding my mom, I went down to speak to him. And yet, as calm as I was, the man kept shouting at me rudely, speaking nonstop, and never bare an intention to even listen. I felt helpless at that moment and told him at least he had to let me speak. But hell no! that man kept on. T...

This one thing I learned makes my life better.

I have participated in this Numerology course recently. I will write more about what I learned later on. But now I want to tell you one thing I have been doing to improve my life, and you can too.  My mom always told me: "Don't take things for granted.". Well, despite listening to it every day, the meaning of the sentence never crossed my mind once. Participating in this Numerology class, I was required to do a series of exercises to learn about gratitude and the power of it. (It is in Vietnamese, so if you are interested you can find it here ). The exercise was inspired by a book called The Magic of Rhonda Byrne. (I have not read it yet, but I am definitely going to). Every day, I will need to do small exercises that will enhance my gratitude, such as write down 10 things you are grateful for on a daily basis, be grateful for the amount of money that you have and the opportunities that come to you. Also, what surprised me was that gratefulness can be expressed even bef...

Watching Goblin makes my life become more beautiful and meaningful

Recently, I caught a cold, so literally, I was lying in bed for 2 days and binge-watching Goblin. I know that the movie was old, but at the time it was broadcasted I was not interested in it at all. I had to confess that I didn't watch the movies episode by episode but sometimes I tour it faster or watch it at 1,5 speed on my Netflix. :)))  In the movies, people were fighting for things they want. We saw so many different perspectives of humans, some want to die to end their suffering, others want to live to chase things they have not achieved. In any aspect, they own have their stories that worth listening to. Every simple, happy moment was portrayed authentically that make me reflects again on my life. Standing on the verge of my teen crises, I guess this was exactly what I need in order to move on and to cherish every moment I have in life. This K-drama reminds me that I am living and makes me feel lucky to be in this world, to sit here, to write this post, and to watch th...
