Being in a family with only girls and being involved in debating, never have I thought that one day I will get scolded by men. So this morning, I was sitting in my room, running through my stuff as usual when my baby sister came in and told me our slippers were disappeared and so did her bicycle.  I guessed it was the condominium management since they have been really annoyed with the fact that we put our slippers outside. So I did as I can think at that time, I called my mom, and told her things happened. Then 5 minutes later, she called me back saying that the chief manager guy was really rude, he shouted back at my mom and did not take responsibility for his action. Angry as I was when I saw someone was scolding my mom, I went down to speak to him. And yet, as calm as I was, the man kept shouting at me rudely, speaking nonstop, and never bare an intention to even listen. I felt helpless at that moment and told him at least he had to let me speak. But hell no! that man kept on. T...

I have participated in this Numerology course recently. I will write more about what I learned later on. But now I want to tell you one thing I have been doing to improve my life, and you can too.  My mom always told me: "Don't take things for granted.". Well, despite listening to it every day, the meaning of the sentence never crossed my mind once. Participating in this Numerology class, I was required to do a series of exercises to learn about gratitude and the power of it. (It is in Vietnamese, so if you are interested you can find it here ). The exercise was inspired by a book called The Magic of Rhonda Byrne. (I have not read it yet, but I am definitely going to). Every day, I will need to do small exercises that will enhance my gratitude, such as write down 10 things you are grateful for on a daily basis, be grateful for the amount of money that you have and the opportunities that come to you.  Recently, I caught a cold, so literally, I was lying in bed for 2 days and binge-watching Goblin. I know that the movie was old, but at the time it was broadcasted I was not interested in it at all. I had to confess that I didn't watch the movies episode by episode but sometimes I tour it faster or watch it at 1,5 speed on my Netflix. :)))  In the movies, people were fighting for things they want. We saw so many different perspectives of humans, some want to die to end their suffering, others want to live to chase things they have not achieved. In any aspect, they own have their stories that worth listening to. Every simple, happy moment was portrayed authentically that make me reflects again on my life. Standing on the verge of my teen crises, I guess this was exactly what I need in order to move on and to cherish every moment I have in life. "Everything happens for a reason" What happened today makes me believe in it.  I had a reunion with my friends for blood donation. Sadly, I couldn't donate mine. But we did had a joyful lunchtime, a vivant conversation after a long time between old friends. We were trying to catch up in each other lives and I personally love it.  Later we went to the library to take a nap there while one went to her Calculus class. Before she left, she insisted on going to the University of Technology since the campus there was lovely. So, I texted one of my friends and asked whether he could be our tour guide or not. He agreed and said his class ended at 3 so we would meet then.  Once my friends found a comfortable place to sleep, one of them did not have any motivation to go anymore. Bonjour tout le monde, Luôn có hai mặt cho một câu chuyện. Sau khi tiếp xúc với nhiều người thì mình cảm thấy bản thân mình luôn có điều gì đó tiêu cực. Trong khi đó mình rất thích được tiếp xúc với những con người tích cực, mình cảm thấy sự tươi vui của họ như lực hấp dẫn khiến mọi người muốn tiếp xúc với họ nhiều hơn. Thế nên cái challenge này ra đời với mục đích mình muốn thay đổi bản thân. Mình cũng muốn nhờ cái này mà ăn mừng những thói quen tốt nho nhỏ của mình. Vì một lần mình từng nghe anh Fususu nói, chúng ta thường không ăn mừng cho những việc tốt, thói quen nho nhỏ hằng ngày như dậy sớm chẳng hạn, thế nên ta mới mất hết động lực mà xây dựng nó. #Ngày 1 23/11/2020 Hôm nay mình bắt đầu lại với cuốn planning của mình, mình ghi mọi thứ cần làm ra nên hôm nay của mình khá là productive.  Bonus thêm quả buổi sáng nay mình có cảm thấy uể oải nhưng đã mở nhạc lên múa may tay chân trong vòng 1 tiếng để giúp mình tỉnh táo. Bonjour tout le monde! 😀😄 Bài này mình viết không với ý định công kích ai hết. Mình chỉ viết để nói lên suy nghĩ của mình. Nếu mọi người có ý kiến khác thì chia sẽ ở phần comment với mình nhe! Mỗi lần mình chia sẻ với ai đó điều gì hay dự định gì thì mình hay nhận được câu trả lời như thế này. "Thế nào mà mày chả đậu" hay "Mày mà lo cái gì." hay " Mày mà không đậu thì ai đậu" Mình biết nhiều bạn mang ý nghĩa động viên và không có ý gì nhưng với bản thân mình thì mình lại cực kì không thích cái câu ấy.  Đầu tiên là vì cuộc đời này ai biết được chữ "Ngờ" mọi người à, không phải ai cũng là thần thông có thể dự đoán được tương lại. Thứ hai, khi một người đang bọc lộ với bạn một tâm trạng lo lắng thì cái câu nói ấy giống như việc bạn không đồng cảm được với người ấy và gạt phăng đi cảm nhận của đối phương.  Vậy thì phải nói như thế nào mới là động viên và khích lệ người khác? Mình nghĩ điều này có lẽ là một bài toán khó và sẽ rất mơ hồ khi mình nói ...

Mình vẫn ở Việt Nam. Hy vọng năm sau, khi mình viết một post mới cho tuổi 19, mình sẽ ngồi ở nơi nào đó khác. Sinh nhật năm nay của mình có lẽ là dấu mốc của sự trưởng thành, lần đầu tiên quà trong dịp sinh nhật không còn là thứ mình mong đợi nữa, mà nó là bữa ăn nhà hàng chung với gia đình. Mình thích như thế, mình thích được chứng kiến sự hạnh phúc của mẹ và em khi ăn những món ngon, sự thoải mái của mẹ khi tận hưởng không gian ở nhà hàng cũng như sự thích thú của Nấm khi được ăn đồ mình thích. Dù đó là sự hào nhoáng nhất thời nhưng mình muốn điều ấy. Và năm nay nhà mình đã làm điều đó bằng việc đi ăn buffet ở D'Maris.  Từ ngày mình vào đại học, hiếm lắm gia đình mình mới ăn ngoài. Nhìn mẹ ngày nào cũng ngồi bên máy tính ránh kiếm từng đồng cũng làm mình đủ hiểu là học phí hiện tại của mình nó là gánh nặng như thế nào cho mẹ của mình. Nhiều lúc mình có nhiều điều để tâm sự nhưng vì mẹ bận dịch thuật mà mình cũng chả nói được gì. Điều này làm mình buồn lắm. Năm 17 vừa rồi của mình...
